Planning your shopping experience
Yes, we are by appointment only. This way we are able to devote the full appointment time to
you and give you the best experience. We allow 5 guests along with the bride in order to not
overwhelm our space. You will have a dedicated consultant who has years of experience in the
bridal industry to guide you through your shopping experience. Every single one of us truly loves
what we do & we cannot wait to help you find your dream dress!
Bridal appointments are 90 minutes in duration and specifically focus on special order options.
Our designers typically take anywhere from 4 - 7 months in production. If you do not have that
much time, don’t worry! We have plenty of off the rack options we can peek at during this type of
appointment as well.
Sample sale appointments are booked for 60 minutes and are for the brides who are shopping
on a tight timeframe and are looking to get a dress for a fraction of the MSRP. When you shop
our sample sale collection, you will get to walk out with your dress in your hands the exact same
day! These appointments are a bit more fast paced and the perfect opportunity for anyone
hoping to avoid lengthy production times.
We usually recommend shopping around 9 - 12 months out from your wedding. This will give
you time to get your gown in from the designer and also complete your alterations in time for
your big day. If you are shopping on a tighter timeline, please don’t worry! We will help guide
you to options that are available in time for your wedding.
Preparation for your appointment
We absolutely LOVE to see any inspiration photos that you may have! If you have any pinterest,
instagram, or tiktok inspiration, please bring them along for us to see at the beginning of your
appointment. We will always sit down with you at the beginning to talk about all things wedding
to get a feel for your perfect day. After this, we will typically shop dresses for you while you sit
back and relax with your guests!
If you have a nude strapless bra, you are welcome to wear it but we do recommend going
without. All of our dresses have bust cups already built in so it is typically not needed. We do
require underwear, a nude color is easiest underneath the gowns.
Our gowns range anywhere from around $1,200 to $6,000. We can respect any price point you
give us within that range so please let us know what you are most comfortable with at the
beginning of your appointment. If you are shopping for off the rack options, prices can start as
low as $499.
Our designers create gowns in sizes 00 - 32.The samples we have for you to try on range
anywhere from size 4 - 24. Our trained consultants will help fit each sample gown to you so that
you are able to get an accurate idea of the fit once it is ordered in your size.
With this being said, if you are booking a sample sale appointment, it is helpful to know that our
off the rack options range from size 4 to 24.
Purchasing & Sizing
We will take your measurements and determine our best sizing recommendation based on the
designer's size chart. It is helpful to know going into your appointment that bridal sizing runs
very differently from your typical size. Usually, bridal sizes are about one or two sizes above
what you would usually wear. We will recommend the best size to go with but please note that
alterations are always expected when the dress comes in.
When you say yes to your gown, we require at least 60% down to place the order with the
designer. You are always welcome to pay the full amount up front but if you choose to pay 60%
down, the balance is due within 7 days of the gown arriving in store.
If you buy a gown off the rack, it must be paid in full in order to take it home. In some cases, we
are able to offer payment plans for sample sale gowns. Please ask us directly for more
information if needed.
Gratuity is never expected however it is absolutely appreciated! If you had an amazing
experience and wish to tip your consultant, there is a completely optional opportunity at
checkout if you feel inclined.
Next Steps
We will notify you via email as soon as your gown arrives in store. At that point, we invite you to
book a pick up appointment where you will try the gown on and take it home with you!
Your dress will likely need a few alterations to fit perfectly. We have a list of recommended
seamstresses who we know & love but you are welcome to use whomever you choose. To view
